1 General Terms

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Ppvpn may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If verification documents are not submitted.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Upon receiving a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded after verification is completed prior to closure.
